Mabinty Scott is an aspiring political leader and dedicated community advocate in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Born in West Africa, Sierra Leone, she moved to the United States at the age of five in 2000. After spending her early years in Prince George's County, Maryland, Mabinty relocated to Alexandria, Virginia, in 2011, where she graduated from T.C. Williams High School. This diverse background has shaped her perspective and fueled her commitment to public service. Mabinty earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Virginia State University, followed by a Master’s degree in Government with a focus on Law and Policy from Regent University. Her academic achievements laid the foundation for her passion for advocacy and community engagement.
